She loves helping them ask questions and learn strategic ways to find answers. She also enjoys helping them to learn about opposing views so that they are able to navigate and express their own thoughts well. Melody attends Second Baptist Church and a fun fact about her is she loves taking boxing classes. |

Libbianne attends Redeemer Baptist Church. Outside of the classroom she is very slowly learning how to play the guitar. |

Teaching gives her the opportunity to encourage students to learn and grow in their understanding of God's world. Lori attends Centerville First Baptist. A fun fact about her is she sang opera in college. One of the songs that she sang was "The Queen of the Night aria". The highest note that she sang was a high F sharp. |

kswafford@veritasschoolsmg.com Education Georgia College and State University – Bachelor degree in Accounting, Bachelor degree in Middle Grades Education Karen joined Veritas in 2024 and believes God gifted her and asked her to teach because she knows what it is like to have trouble learning math and science as a middle schooler. During middle school, many things are happening to teenagers. I know God helps her teach values, He helps her to encourage and to teach self-confidence as well as academics. Additionally, she learns from her students. It is a joy to her to be able to teach. Karen attends and leads worship at Andrew Church in Kathleen. A fun fact about her is she schedules her time very wisely during college football season because she wants to see as many games as she can fit into her schedule! |

Gary is the pastor of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Warner Robins and he loves to visit the Biblical History Center in LaGrange. |

History is the greatest story ever told outside of Scripture. It is an adventure that reveals God's providence at work through people and nations. John loves helping students discover that story and grow in wisdom and Christ. He attends Lakeview Baptist Church. A fun fact about him is he would rather visit a historical site than a theme park...unless the theme park is a historical site. |

When a student has struggled with a concept, but then by the grace of God, hears it in a different way and it's understood. The information isn't new but it becomes new to them. Jason attends Connection Church and a fun fact about him is he served in the US Navy for 11 years as a Naval Nuclear Reactor Plant trained operator. He did two submarine tours. The first on a fast attack submarine and the second on a ballistic missile submarine. |

It is a calling. She loves teaching because it allows her to invest in the lives of students both academically and personally. It is a privilege to encourage, mentor, and help students discover their God-given potential. She finds great joy in seeing students overcome challenges, develop confidence, and achieve success. Her desire is not only to teach knowledge but also to model integrity, compassion and a love of learning, reflecting Christ in the way she serves and cares for each student. Deena attends New Covenant Church of Cordele. A fun fact about her is she loves to work out and have been a group fitness instructor for over 10 years. She currently teaches indoor cycling at Max Fitness, where she enjoys motivating others to challenge themselves, build confidence and achieve their goals. Whether she is leading a cycling class or teaching in the classroom, she loves encouraging others to learn, grown and become the best version of themselves. |

She loves helping them discover that they are capable of far more than they thought possible. Andrea attends Central Baptist Church and a fun fact about her is that she has walked on the Great Wall of China. |

She believes that science, especially Biology, provides a unique opportunity to explore God's incredible creation—from the smallest microscopic forms of life to the remarkable complexity of the human body. She enjoys helping students discover these wonders and especially love witnessing those "light bulb" moments when a new concept suddenly clicks. Stacy attends First Presbyterian. A fun fact about Stacy is she has two daughters who attended Veritas more than ten years ago. Since then, both have earned master's degrees, and one is now a teacher. Including them, Stacy is blessed with seven wonderful children, one of whom has disabilities. Teaching at Veritas has given her the flexibility and opportunity to care for his needs while continuing to do work she loves. For that, she is deeply thankful. |

She is also so very honored to equip them with another tool they can use to connect with people throughout their lives. Amy attends Wesleyan Drive Baptist Church. A fun fact about Amy is that she was raised with a dad who was a naval aviator who flew jets off aircraft carriers. She grew up flying in antique airplanes and traveling to air shows all over Florida watching him lead formations of SN-J's in aerobatics doing loops and rolls in the 1970's and 80's. She had a blast! |

A fun fact about her is she loves collecting Disney pins and has a big collection. |
