Is Veritas accredited?
  • Yes, Veritas Classical Schools received accreditation status in 2005 through the Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC). This accreditation will allow students who meet the academic requirements to qualify for the HOPE scholarship program of Georgia. The accreditation will also be recognized by all colleges and universities. To learn more about GAC, please visit their website. ​

Can my child come for a campus visit?
  • Yes! We encourage prospective families to schedule a campus visit and have their child shadow classes. You can begin the process here.

Will my child need to take a placement test?
  • Placement testing is required for new families. A $50 testing fee per student will apply.

Are transcripts and discipline records required?
  • Yes, Veritas requires transcripts and discipline records to be submitted from all prior schools attended. If student was homeschooled, curriculum list and any state test scores must be submitted. 
What is the average class size?
  • Elementary grades average 10 students. Middle grades average 16 students and High school classes average 16 students.

Does Veritas have a uniform?
  • Veritas does not have a school-wide uniform but does have a specific dress code policy. You can check it out here.

Is Financial Aid available? 
  • Tuition assistance is available for students. Please contact the school office at 478-733-3241 for further information.
