Transcripts

Veritas Classical Schools is able to offer students official school transcripts. These assist students tremendously in transferring into a traditional school setting and/or applying to colleges. In order for a student to receive an official transcript, he/she must have been enrolled in Veritas Classical Schools for at least one full school year.

To order a copy of your transcript, please fill out the online form here. No transcripts will be released without this completed form.

DO NOT WAIT until the last minute to request transcripts. Transcript requests may require a minimum of two weeks to fulfill.

Dual Enrollment

  • Juniors and Seniors only
  • Hard cap of 30S or 45Q hours
  • You are not allowed to repeat a DE class
  • All DE grades will appear on transcript and reported to the state
  • $50 DE fee applies to all DE students regardless of the number of classes taken
Go to www.GAFutures.org  and have your student create an account. Your student should be actively involved in this process and know passwords, etc.

Go to the dual enrollment portion of the website and complete the ONLINE application.   Paper applications will not be accepted. Choose Veritas Classical Schools as your high school.  Our school code is 113161.  Please do not choose the “homeschool” option.  Student needs to be linked to Veritas as the high school location.

High School Course Summary Sheets

High School Course Summary Sheets are the way one adds a course taken at home to the transcripts*. Each course you wish to add must have its own HSSS. Fall and Spring can be listed on the same sheet for one course. For example, Algebra 1 Fall and Spring grades may be listed on the same HSSS.  Documentation is required. For PE courses, documentation may include practice/game schedules for a sport played. For Fine Arts, documentation may include practice/lesson times as well as recital programs, play bills, etc. To fill out a HSSS online form, click here.  If you have any questions, please contact Scarlett Sullivan.

*Veritas cannot designate a Home Study Course as a rigor class. We recommend taking rigor courses with VCS or through a Dual Enrollment class.
